Why should you Join?
BEF is a conference that seeks to connect, empower, inspire, and train entrepreneurs in Belize. It provides a platform to discuss challenges and opportunities faced by Belizean entrepreneurs during the Covid-19 Pandemic so as to foster business growth for economic development.
The three-day fest includes guest speakers, workshops, and the opportunity to access seed capital for business transformation and continuity.
The Belize Entrepreneurship Fest will target 30 participants who will be divided into three groups of 10 persons, with each group attending a specific location (Belize City, Orange Walk, Dangriga) per day.
Participants will also receive knowledge on the essential elements of a business pitch and how to start an elevator pitch. Thereafter, a Pitch Competition will be held among participants where one winner from each group will be receiving a seed capital of USD $500.00

Who is Involved
The Belize Trade and Investment Development Service (BELTRAIDE), through its Small Business Development Center (SBDCBelize), in conjunction with the U.S Embassy are hosting the Belize Entrepreneurship Festival (BEF) throughout December 14-16, 2021. The BEF was first organized in 2019 by Dr. Philip Harding, co-founder of Impact Junkie, an international investment and entrepreneurial development organization.
