​The National Program of Women Entrepreneurship has open a 2018 call for application. If you own a business, Female Entrepreneurship will support you to transform your ideas in business opportunities through the improvement of your competences to design and validate your business model so that it can respond to market opportunities by providing you with the necessary tools for the discovery and growth of your customers so as to strengthen your creativity, self-esteem, leadership and network among women.

WHO CAN APPLY? 

  • Must be 18 years or older 
  • Must have a completed academic background (Education level same or higher than high school) and have working experience or vocational training in the sector in which you desire to start your business venture. 
  • Be computer literate, especially Microsoft Word, Excel, & Power Point. 
  • Must have time availability to participate 100% in the the training workshops and advising sessions.
  • Must have a business in operation no less than 36 months with value-added, innovation, and a potential, identified market. 
  • Business must be within strategic, prioritized sectors for Export/Trade. A few of those priority sectors are Aquaculture, Tourism, Renewable Energy, BPOs, Light Manufacturing, Information Technology and communications Services (ITCS) and Agro-processing. 
  • Individuals or associative groups, or companies with 51% women ownership
